When reporting a problem with a page, including the following helps us fix it quickly:
- The web address of the page.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- Your browser and device, and whether you were using assistive technology.
Accessibility problems
Reports that a page cannot be used with a screen reader, keyboard or magnifier are treated as priority. Where a fix is not immediate, the information will be supplied to you in an alternative format in the meantime.
Response
Feedback is reviewed as part of the regular content review cycle. Corrections of fact are made as soon as they are verified.
